SOLO / STAND-UP

John Gavin is a Scottish comedian who has previously won the Scottish Comedian of the Year Award. John began comedy in 2008 when, without his knowledge, his wife put him forward for a competition for newcomers at the Edinburgh Fringe. He had never performed comedy before but he did so well that he went on to be a finalist for ‘So You Think You’re Funny’ within the first month of his comedy career.
