The Frank and Walters are an alternative rock band from Cork city in Ireland. Founded at the beginning of the 1990s, their mission: to spread joy and optimism around the globe through music. Named after some eccentric old men from down the street, their energetic shows, infectious tunes, and seeming irrepressible happiness gained a significant following.
